Job Description:
. Read and Review Mechanical Specifications and Contract prior to formal

. Attended Daily Tool Box Meeting and do echo with subcontractors.
. Attended handing over of Food Garden to the Client and Tenant
. Attended Site Coordination meeting with other trades to discuss any
issues observed and resolved together.

shop drawing revisions
. Coordinate with HDEC Constructions for any possible issues encountered
related to Structural Design that can delay the installation of M/E
. Coordinate with Interior Design for their installation to proceed
without delay from M/E
. Directly Reporting to Mechanical Assistant Manager or in absence of
MAM to Dept. Manager for any issues encounter at Site for resolution
. Ensure all ACMV, Fire Protection materials are approved as submitted
(RAM).
. Ensure that all equipment and installations are Tested by a Second
Parties as stipulated with HDEC M/E contracts and recorded for
documentations
. Ensure that all installations are as BCA, FSSD and LTA regulations
. Ensure that all subcontractors at site follows the Hyundai Safety
Rules and Regulation and Singapore Regulations
. Ensure that subcontractors shop drawings at site are approved and the
latest drawing.
. Request to subcontractor for rectifications of all comments provided
by RTO and request for another Site Inspections
. Review and Coordinate shop drawings with Design Team / CSD Team prior
to the installation by subcontractors at site.
. Upon completion of the installation, prepare for a Site Inspection
with Resident Technical Officer (RTO) for approval prior to handing
over.
