Experience

September 2005 – Present

AM Technical Solutions – Rio Rancho, NM

Accounts Manager: responsible for overall management of AMTS operations in the New Mexico region. Duties include continuous customer interface and business development; management of all AMTS employees in the New Mexico region; tracking and reporting of all revenue; and management of all current contracts and change orders. Responsible for maintaining customer base including Intel, Sandia National Labs, Emcore, Sumitomo/Sumco, URENCO, University of New Mexico, and various local mechanical contractors including Yearout, Big J, JB Henderson, Brycon, and Hoffman New Mexico.

Also during this time I have performed the following functions:

QA/QC Business Unit Manager: responsible for oversight and coordination of all AMTS quality assurance projects as well as completion of all new QA/QC bid proposals.

Construction Coordinator: responsible for coordination of 300 mm tool installation at Intel Fab 12. This position required interaction with all trades associated with each tool installation including daily progress and safety meetings.

Quality Assurance Inspector: responsible for inspection and Quality Assurance for high purity piping systems at Intel Fab 42 facility in Chandler, Arizona and the IMFT facility in Lehi, Utah. Duties included inspection of all welds, enforcement of installation procedures and inspection/sign off of gas and chemical systems as well as all associated documentation.

August 2002 – September 2005

FST Technical Services – Rio Rancho, NM

Site Manager: responsible for overall management of FST operations on the Intel New Mexico site. Duties include day-to-day management of 35+ person staff, reporting project(s) status to customers on a continuous basis, and oversight of construction coordination, quality assurance, and inspection / testing services to ensure compliance with customer specifications. Responsible for enforcing site safety requirements and emphasizing to all employees the importance of an incident and injury free work environment. Duties also include filling all customer requested staffing positions with qualified personnel, and communicating with Intel purchasing regarding all contractual issues.

Projects I have managed for FST on the Intel New Mexico site include:

Fab 9 expansion; Fab 11 base build; Fab 11 South tool install (all ramps); Fab 11 North re-fit and tool install; Fab 11 West Basebuild; Fab 11 West tool install; Fab 11X Basebuild; Fab 11X P1260 and P1262 tool install ramps; the P804, P884, and P859 ramps in Fab 11 South and Fab 11 North; and the Fab11 P805 200mm demo/conversion/base build project.

February 1996 to August 2002

FST Consulting International

Corporate Quality Manager: Responsible for initiating and maintaining the corporate Quality Program and ensuring compliance with ISO 9002 requirements. Responsibilities include internal quality audits and corrective actions, interaction with external auditing group, and reporting to executive management team on issues concerning corporate quality program. Assisted in the transition of the quality system from ISO 9002-1994 to the ISO 2000 standard. I have been certified as a Quality Systems Lead Auditor in compliance with the ISO 9002-1994 standard.

February 1994 to February 1996

FST Consulting International

QA/QC Technician: Responsible for inspection of welds and system signoff of UHP stainless steel and PVDF plastic piping systems, and ensuring these systems are installed according to customer specifications. Lead Inspector for the entire Intel Fab 11 south UPW system and commissioning. Testing duties include Helium Leak Detection, Particle Analysis, and low-ppb range moisture and oxygen analysis. Duties also include accurate tracking and record keeping of all above activities.
