Primavera P6 project for construction of commercial building April 2015

• Developed a cost loaded schedule for small commercial building using Primavera P6 and prepared activity table of 105 activities containing Activity ID, Name, Duration, ES, EF, LS, LF, TF, FF and WBS code.

• Developed Activity Network (Gantt Chart) of the schedule, generated histogram and cummulatve curve for Labor cost and Material cost and prepared monthly histogram and S-curve for Total cost.

• Generated updated schedule of the project based on percentage completion of activities. MS Project based scheduling of pipe-laying project November 2015

• Developed a precedence network diagram for construction of $ 300,000 budgeted, 5 mile long piping project using MS Project and generated report based on ES, EF, TF and BASELINE.

• Estimated quantities for activities such as excavation, backfill, pipe-stringing. Identified resources and quantity-takeoffs needed for each specific activity, implemented resource loading and allocation.
