•Successful support to Executive Directors, CEOs, CFOs, and Board of Directors as well as incoming visitors and guests.

•Profound knowledge of office management, leasing and rental projects, and small tasks ranging from travel/meeting coordination to overseeing projects/programs within other departments in the corporate offices of WC Smith.

•Supervises day to day functions of the front desk Corporate Office for one of DC’s top real estate, sales and development firms WC Smith Company.

•Research and provide materials and reports for subsidy clean ups in our Section8/HUD department, reconciliation projects, mail sorting, receptionist duties and various other projects as required.

•Maintain and process confidential files.
