The Customer Service IT Helpdesk is to manage inbound and outbound calls to and
from customers. Aim to achieve or exceed challenging conversation and customer service targets. Focus on personally meeting the administrative needs of the customers and to assist with the
provision of a first class service to internal and/or external customers in accordance with agreed
departmental objectives.
Responsibilities:
Handle high volume in-bound calls and cross sell Personal Lines products to customers.
Manage outbound campaigns as required
General administration related to technical solutions
Work within a team to meet and exceed individual/team performance targets including SLA’s
Demonstrate initiative whilst operating within a team and sets high standards of
professionalism in all business dealings
Analyse, evaluate and complete work in accordance with agreed standards and limits
Liaise with other departments as necessary
Pursue appropriate self-development programmes including CPD requirements
Carry out any other tasks or responsibilities as required in the role
