JOB DESCRIPTION:

INVENTORY MANAGEMENT STAFF

Conducting Physical Inventory count among 249 stores nationwide and annual physical inventory of warehouse and pullout.

Preparing Branch Schedule in every month.

Analyzing and reconcile for the variances of the stores and warehouse.

Monitor and check out the inventory of all items with almost 6,000 SKU’s

Analyzing of Item Movement History (IMH) of a branch.

Preparing simple formal memorandum to all branches for their accountable (ATD)

Review paperwork and reports (Delivery receipt & delivery remarks,, inventory adjustment, inter-branch transfers check product codes that is inactive or with discrepancy)

Ensures seamless movement of products and inventory. (inventory transfer in and out of store)

Monitors Physical inventory result and ATD collection (summary of branches & Warehouse – settlement due dates)

Traveler and explorer.

Able to communicate English/Tagalog

Computer Literate - MS WORD, MS POWERPOINT, MS EXCEL (e.g. VLOOKUP, Pivoting)

Knows how to used Database System like RDW (Retail Dot Works), RMS (Retail Management System), PDT (Portable Data Transfer), SMS (Supply Management System)

Keen observer as to details of store movement. (Delivery Receipt, Pull-Out Slip, Inter-Branch Transfers, Sales,).
