DESIGNING:
Creating Final product drawing, product sequence drawing, Individual tool design & gauge drawing for every products & involved in PPAP.
Designing and documentation for Design Requirement and proposed design for Tools.
Report problems and deficiencies in the design and brief to an appropriate person.
Involved in the design of equipment, whilst at the same time taking account of cost, availability of materials, strength and maintenance requirements. PPC (Product Planning & control – SAP)

Preparation of work plan schedule to complete the orders as per order data sheet form and planning list.
