• Responsible for Manufacturing Quality Control for laser welding hard face material onto

downhole tools for the oil and gas drilling industry .

• Performed failure analyses on metal and non-metal materials, examining and evaluating via variety of laboratory testing and comparative analytical studies. Identified signatures of multiple failure modes with highly precise tolerances, down to 0.25% for energy dispersive spectroscopy.
