Initially contracted to, then hired permanently by a Fortune 1000 company to create Wiki documentation support for developers, BAs, project managers and marketing, and to provide BA services for IT department:
§As the sole technical writer, created numerous Wiki pages addressing API and other processes involved in the effective e-marketing of products in the company’s flagship business.
§Interviewed various business and IT staff to create complete a 100+ Wiki page based documentation set for PCI DSS compliance requirements, which is used as the bases for all companies in the corporate group.
§Worked closely with developers, BAs, PMOs, Business Intelligence, e-Commerce and Marketing to obtain details required to create these API and internal software Wiki pages.

IPC, Miami FL Technical Writer/Trainer 08/2009–09/2012
IPC is responsible for procuring all of the SUBWAY® food, packaging, equipment and services for the ~30,000 QSR restaurants in the US and Canada through negotiating price, supply, and distribution terms. IPC developed a world-class POS system in an AGILE environment for the SUBWAY® brand.
As the sole technical writer on this project my duties included, but were not limited to:
§Created individual step-by-step process guides for each POS function.
§Created comprehensive 120 page Users Manual.
§Created Show-Me videos with voice-overs for each of the process guides.
§Created a brochure style Quick Start Guide for Managers and one for Cashiers.
