District Production Manager, Home Improvement Installation 2015 to present

Manage all production operations relating to home improvement installation in three districts: Louisville KY, Memphis TN, and Nashville TN.

Key Accomplishments:

Develop skilled managers in each district. Provide ongoing training and performance management for a group of skilled installation project managers.

Lead highly productive team of district managers, establishing performance metrics and reporting system, to achieve target results in line with market forecasts.
