Hired direct to work on various projects. I was contracted out as an Electrical Design Specialist to Chevron. Primary responsibilities: To interact with Chevron’s team of Electrical Engineers, Project Managers, and Designers to provide electrical construction drawings for all fields covered by Chevron utilizing AutoCad. Currently using AutoCad 15. Prior project, Electrical Design Specialist on contract to Aera Energy. Primary responsibilities: electrical designer for Belridge, Lost Hills, and McKittrick oil production fields. Worked as leader of Aera Energy’s Well Drilling Program team. Primary responsibilities include assisting in providing Aera Energy with electrical construction drawings, transformer load studies, and electrical as-built drawings for their Well Drilling Program. Design, up-date and coordinate infrastructure, overhead power distribution (480V and 12KV) drawings, and modernization projects to accommodate production and facility expansions. (10+ yrs.)

Back-checking all drafting department work. Designed and implemented drawing and documentation filing and storage system for all 9 cogeneration plants. As an Engineering Technician, I assisted several Engineers in their everyday duties. Under general supervision, performed a variety of moderate to complex office and field technical engineering tasks related to drafting, construction plan review, inspecting, office research, assisting the Engineers, and performed other duties as required.
