SNJ COGEN POWER LTD- ANDHRA PRADESH. (JUNE 2014 - Till Date)

ENGINEER (OPERATION) (JAN 2015 – Till Date)

Multi fuel 80TPH at 66 kg/cm2 pressure and 485 deg temp TBW make bi-drum natural circulating Water tube Boiler with Travagrate furnace.

BHEL make 20.4 MW Double Extraction Condensing Turbine.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for field & DCS operation of steam turbine and boiler operations.

Implemented Standard Operating Procedures, equipment lockout tag out procedures of power plant as per international standardization of organization

Performing the functions of troubleshooting and breakdown/preventive/corrective maintenance for reducing downtime to minimum.

Name of company : Vortex Engineering Pvt. Ltd, Chennai

Project Description : The main objective of the project is designing a fixture by which we need to find the co efficient of friction between two objects. for this we designed the gears, e clip, shaft, bush, sheet metal, stepper motor and sensor. The co efficient of friction can be found out by using angle of repose.
