Installation of LM 125 Gas Turbine & LM2500 Gas Turbine, Completion of package, Perform Alignment on Turbine to Gear box and to Alternator by using Rotalign Ultra Lazer.
As a Lead Mechanical technician, The duties and responsibilities are to accept instruction from Mechanical Commissioning Engineer to implement commissioning activities in line with current plan, responsible for the Supervision of Mechanical technicians during Installation Gas Turbine Packaged & hook up activities and to install of Rotating Equipment such as pumps, compressors and fin fans. Knowledge alignment using Rim and Face and/or Reverse Dial Indicator method on motor and turbine driven machineries, leveling of columns, drums and exchangers foundation. Repair / overhaul pumps, air compressors and replace bearings of rotating equipments. Recondition, test and calibrate valves such as gate valves. ball valves and safety relief valves. Assist in determining maintenance supplies, spare parts and tools. Perform equipment troubleshooting. Maintains safe housekeeping, safety and fire equipments.
