-Unquantifiable cost savings for the future of corrugated boxes in Smithfield with correct recommendations and labor savings at both the corporate and plant level.

-Consolidated and standardized corrugated boxes throughout 8 fresh plant locations.
-Visited all plants in order to learn operations and the variables into why certain packaging materials can and cannot be used.
-Developed corrugated box tier system for future packaging engineer reference.

-Developed criteria and testing procedures for processing paper, Mylar film, corrugated boxes, and slip-sheets.
-Met in plant with vendors to conduct tests & qualify materials.
