WORK EXPERIENCE

Wireline Field Engineer/ Foreman/ Field supervisor KLX - Bridgeport, WV - May 2014 to February 2016

Responsibilities

As a Foreman I help in the operation of the shop. Ordering, setting up jobs, dispatching personal and general other office jobs. That role supervised up to twenty people. The field supervisor role I went out with the crews and talked with customers and help trouble shoot any problems and supervised two crews up to eight people. I was also deemed last man out as a Wireline field engineer if we got that busy. This role I operated a wireline truck and supervised a four person crew in several job related situations. Marcellus shale pump down operations. Pipe recovery, Vertical well perforation, plugging and plug retrieval, Bond logging and various tools

All these roles and what part I played was changed day by day. Accomplishments

To my best ability's I helped structure employees and brought my knowledge of 23 years experience. I help train and mold new employees and help show senior people a easier most cost effective way of operating. I also learned from the people I worked with and was able to see different techniques and principles they brought from their backgrounds.

There is 3 other company names I worked for before Gray wireline. it was the same company which changed names in buy outs ending with Gray Wireline. In 2014 Gray Wireline shut down operations in the North East. At that time Blue Dot Energy/KLX Hired the employees of Gray/Archer. Since the down turn in the Oil and Gas business KLX has been slowly laying people off. I was the last of my division and got caught in the cut backs.
