Measure dimensions of finished workpieces to ensure conformance to specifications, using precision measuring instruments, templates, and fixtures.

• Remove and replace dull cutting tools.

• Mount, install, align, and secure tools, attachments, fixtures, and workpieces on machines, using hand tools and precision measuring instruments.

Re-manufacture oil and gas equipment such as glycol towers, heat exchangers, re-boilers, coils, fire tubes etc. Had to make sure all control valves, level controls and any relieve valves worked properly. I helped disassemble units than assemble them as they were or however buyer wanted them as. After assembling we would hydro test with air pressure make sure units did not have any leaks. When re manufacturing skids I had to cut channels with torch and when assembling it Tack and weld. Accomplishments-

Responsibilities

As a machine operator my duties were to operate converting machine. Make as much production as I could but also to check job orders properly. Any mistakes done on jobs falls under my responsibility. My product had to also had to come out as perfect as it could. Keeping in mind of good quantity but also good quality. I had a helper who I was in charge of. I was responsible for his work performed and whenever doesn't any work to make sure helper and maintained busy at all times. Accomplishments-

Starting as a helper I moved up acknowledging all machine operator duties without any training needed. Learning how to operate several different types of machines. Skills Used hands on skills with hand tools and being capable of learning more as I work but also maintaining machines functioning properly as possible.
