McLane Western – Supervisor, Third Shift- As the third shift supervisor I was responsible for receiving all inbound products for this division. I oversaw 27 workers and am equipment certified. I am also certified as a first responder in first aid and CPR. This division went through a downsizing of personnel in October, 2015 and my position was eliminated. 1978- July, 2015

Burger King Rob-Kraft, Inc. – District Manager- Responsibilities include maintaining and increasing the sales and profitability of the restaurants in my control. Management of financial, human and material resources. Teaching and enforcing the companies policies and procedures as described in the company guidelines. Responsible for the interviewing, hiring and oversight of hourly managers and crew members. Also responsible for payroll, scheduling, training and the implementation of any necessary disciplinary action. Analyzing and reporting budget statements, profit and loss margins as well as inventory control and appropriate ordering. As district manager I maintain excellent relationships with vendors, managers and crew members. I also have the necessary skills to maintain the property and equipment. Project Manager – Participate in formulating and administering company policies, directing and coordinating all operations department activities to develop and implement long range goals and objectives to meet business and profitability growth objectives. As the project manager I work directly with the Executive Vice President/Restaurant and Business Operations and other managers to achieve goals and discuss necessary changes. Supervise and manage key projects, performance reports, data and analysis Training Manager – Responsible for all management trainees before, during and after the training process to assess execution of skills. Communicate status of trainees to the appropriate corporate leaders and district managers. Provide leadership and direction to in-restaurant teams to ensure the successful completion of all inspections. Develop and participate in the completion of internal audits aimed to improve in-restaurant operations.
