Also to assist the Gaming group on emergency issues.

Designed and developed software for the Mars bill acceptor product, ($80 million per year) and the embedded Software for Vending, Gaming and Retail Bill acceptors Generation II VN2500, Brazil, and China Bill acceptors.

Lead the migration effort from two LSI chips to one LSI chip that saved Mar’s $2 million dollars a year in 2002.

Created currency recognition cores from multivariate statistics algorithms, neural networks and motion control.

Supported the production line and worked off-site with the U.S. Secret Service and the Bureau of Engraving and Printing to help contain forgeries.
