Field Engineer (2010 – Present): Support, manage, and close small scope projects. Collaborate with clients and Account Managers to gather project requirements, define timelines, communicate status and verify deliverables. Author client site assessments and deployment plans for long-term care facility onboarding projects. Partner with vendors to diagnose and resolve unsupported technical issues. Assemble documentation on lessons learned and team processes/procedures. Facilitate onsite and offsite support of Windows-based desktop PC's, notebook PC's, network printers and communication devices (switches and routers). Identify the technology needs of VCPI and its clients, and also maintain a working knowledge of each client to ensure optimal solutions are provided and all application issues are resolved.
Technical Support II Analyst (2004 – 2010): Diagnosed issues pertaining to high level network environments, such as network printing, drive mapping, active directory permissions and network connectivity for desktops and LAN networks. Supported all applications and assisted clients to maintain established compliancy standards by resolving issues with applications, hardware and infrastructure.
