Inspection of incoming raw, packaging and traded materials manufactured items and finished goods. Ensuring incoming materials used in production is within standard and quality. Assigned in GWTP auditing, checking/verification of near expiry and expired materials based on the report done by production and warehouse. Assist and verify complaint regarding raw, packaging materials used in production and finished goods. Daily calibration of laboratory equipment such as pH meter, moisture analyzer and analytical balance. Assigned in collecting of different raw materials as reference sample for incoming deliveries.
Analyzed incoming deliveries of raw materials using moisture analyzer, pH meter, refractometer, consistometer, hydrometer and alcomat. Conducted analysis like % Titratable Acidity, % Salt and % Purity using titrimetry method, pH determination, moisture content, brix, and viscosity. For packaging materials, dimensional, functional analysis was done during or every delivery. Encoding of results for all incoming materials and finished goods using System Application Program (SAP).
ANALYTICAL LABORATORY
Analyzed all finished goods during production and 14th day. Conducted analysis such as % Titratable Acidity, % Salt, pH determination, moisture content, brix and viscosity. In Addition, performs Free Fatty Acid, Iodine Value, Color (Lovibond), Peroxide Value, Moisture Content using Karl Fisher Titration and Cloud Point in oil analysis and Protein Determination
