EXPERIENCE HISTORY

September 2015 to present - Construction Quality Control Manager with CTE for I.E.Pacific. Provided quality and safety management planning, inspection and testing for NAVFAC construction of Fire Fighter Training Facility at AFP42 in Palmdale, CA. Reviewed and approved submittals, certified invoicing, and enforced OSHA construction safety compliance.

June 2015 to September 2015 - Safety Health Officer with Randstad Engineering for Magnus Pacific Corporation. Provided safety management planning and inspection for USACE, Prado Dam CIW Dike project. Enforced OSHA and EM385 construction safety compliance.

This 100 acre project required relocating pre-insulated steam piping from existing central boiler plant and demolition of three existing barracks. New construction included new utilities infrastructure, a new central heating/cooling plant, three 240 room dormitories, parking lots, landscaping, and 1/2 mile of roads and sidewalks. Wrote daily quality engineering reports, and safety reports, enforced OSHA safety program and provided quality and safety management for the project.

Performed Electrical, I&C, Mechanical, Civil and Safety inspections of maintenance / modification activities on ASME Code class nuclear reactor pressure vessels and piping systems.

Performed materials receipt inspection, quality verification and safety compliance inspections of maintenance and modification activities for the containment cooler system replacement and refueling outage.
