Built FOUR VIADUCTS, two of them by means of “MOVABLE SCAFFOLDING SYSTEM
(MSS),” one by means of “CONTINUOUS OR FULL SHORING,” and the last one by means of “PILLARED SHORING.”
Assisted in the development of changes to the original project in order to adapt it to new and modern construction methods.
Solved structural problems occurring during the execution of the work, such as cracks in the concrete, treating the concrete in high temperatures, breaking up steel rebar, etc.

The project consisted of 131 council flat homes in one building in a village in Spain. There was a private estate with common areas and underground parking common to all the owners.
Assisted in the development of changes to the original project in order to figure out important structural problems that had been discovered before starting to build.
Was responsible for carrying out hiring and coordination of subcontracts, and supplied management, cost control and technical supervision.

March 2005 to Nov. 2006 Construction of 184 homes and 14 terraces houses in Burgos, Spain Promoter: IBERDROLA (Spain)
BUDGET: 21.909.000 € ($30,672,600 CDN)
The project consisted of 184 homes in private estate with 5 buildings of 5 floors each, one with an underground parking lot common to all the owners. There was a common grounds with a swing, pool, park areas, playpen and one court. In addition, there were 14 detached terrace houses.
These homes were high quality and were built of the best materials. For this reason, paying attention to all details was very important and I was in charge of quality control.
Was responsible for execution, follow up and preparation of documentation on Safety and Health and Quality in order to successfully pass Audits to work, thereby maintaining the required awards and certificates mandatory for my company.
Was responsible to my Manager for monthly Production and Measurements.
Was in charge of estimates and supply of all types of materials required, such as concrete, steel, tiles, brick, cement, insulation, etc.
Supported subcontractors to figure out their problems and assisted in field work
(topographical, material load organization, sizing of cranes, distribution of layout, etc.).
