Review Edit Approve System shows electric/gas outage/non-outage orders which were created in CRS, Advantex and REA used to review, edit and approve those orders for final processing in the system. REA generates different types of outage reports, forms which can be used for audit purpose to validate, accurate, reliably operate in a distribution network. REA integrates the functionality of several discreet applications to work as one review edit and approve system. REA is the integration with CRS (Customer Resource System. CRS is a call entry application that is designed to handle the regulated and deregulated sides of the electric and gas industries) and Advantex (Advantex is an order management tool that provides dispatching and field information capabilities for dispatchers and field technicians) to review, edit and approve orders. REA shows electric/gas outage/nonoutage orders which has came across from Advantex for validation. REA generates different types of outage reports, forms which can be used for audit purpose to validate for accuracy. REA integrates outage, power flow, and work management functions into a seamless system. It shows real-time data models and interfaces with other systems

Environment Java1.5, Web sphere Server, DB2, IBM Framework, Struts, Mainframe AIM VIP application is comprised of two applications: Chargeback, SLA and VIP: VIP (Vendor Invoice Processing) is a web application tool using for different Invoice Processing and Asset Management for Xcel Energy.

AIM is an application to capture and maintain relevant information about IT assets from acquisition/initialization to disposal/retirement. It is used both by IBM as well as Xcel Energy employees to maintain asset information like asset identification and location details, status, accounting information, NS details and various events for any information change for the asset. The tool allows the NS and DS administrators to update the asset information and Xcel Energy employees to verify/update the asset data so that accurate information can be used to bill the client for I/T assets. Chargeback: This comprises of many batch processing tools and some other processing tools used by various users, who provide different feeders to the chargeback. This system helps to chargeback all the invoices to Xcel by IBM, Dell, Niku, LDCA and AIM etc. A smooth and accurate chargeback is done every month by this system. I enhance and do changes to various modules in this system as and when required.

SLA Measurement Reports: This creates a SLA Guideline and report for the Management every month, we not only generate the new template, but also develop and enhance tools to generate this.The technologies used here are Java, Mainframe, ASP with back ends like DB2, SQL Server and Oracle. RAPM is a tririga server based tool used to integrate the applications implemented in RPAM project. The primary integrations for IBM TRIRIGA are Passport, PeopleSoft, JDEdwards, and Meridio. The LandWorks integrations include PassPort, JDE, Primavera, Meridio for documents, and services integral of the LPM-GIS component including ArcGIS Server. The integration designs include structure, volume, frequency, criticality, detailed data impacted, and software components. The logging and error handling methods are to be detailed during execution. It is tool used to convert the tax data stored in CSV file to actual XML format required by the CO Sales Tax department.

The State of CO Department for Sales and Use Tax is implementing a change in the file formats that they will accept for the CO Sales Tax Filings. Currently, Xcel Energy submits a printed report produced from the Business Objects system. The XML file replacing the Business Objects “CO Sales Tax Report” will be the key deliverable from this tool.The XML file will be submitted to the State of CO by the Xcel Energy Sales and Use Tax Department through the defined method by the State of CO.

Global Reference Systems (GRS) is the repository of storing static data for carrying out validation, cross-reference, and enrichment of data in order to enable middle-office trade processing for IMS clients.

Based on the business requirement, the GRS application should provide the ability of uploading certain IMS static reference data to support the deployment process for new IMS customers.

The upload to GRS data stores was done through the UI screens earlier. Entering data one by one was cumbersome and time consuming. Hence the bulk data upload came in to picture wherein all the data would be put in to an excel template and uploaded through the bulk upload screens. In case of any errors an error report xls file would be generated.

The objective of the project is to design and develop Resume Mart which is a place for Job Seekers and Job Providers to meet. The Data base should collect also the minute details about the Job Seeker and Provider. Resume Mart is designed to collect multiple resumes from the Job Seeker. Resume Mart aim is to provide Job Provider with enormous amount of data. Corporate Recruitment System CRS is web-based tool to reduce communication gap between Job providers and job seekers. System allows job seekers to register their details like skills and experience with the system, and then on the other hand even it allows job providers to post their requirements with the system. System will allow the Job providers to search from database for Suitable candidate for a position based on skill set and experience
