Work Summary:

Process Engineer- Business International Group, Water & Oil & Gas Sector - Zubair Corp., Oman, since Feb 2014 to Jan 2016, working for Technical Service team of Orpic, Sohar Refinery, Oman.

Process Engineer in GRPL - Gujarat Refinery, India, since June 2010 to January 2013. The Capacity of the Refinery is 75,000 bbl/ day and has been functioning since 1971. I have participated in commissioning phase activities, master start up and performance test evaluation of different units of refinery.

Professional Experience:

Process Engineer at ORPIC. (Feb 2014 – Jan 2016)

Oman

My responsibilities at Sohar Refinery, Orpic were,

Control the Corrosion in the Overhead line of the Crude Distillation Unit, Resid-Fluid Catalytic Cracking system, Amine Re-generators and the Boilers.

Control the condition of the steam producing systems such as Boilers, Incinerators, Steam Generators, Catalytic Coolers and other Heat Ex-changers in the Oil Refinery.

Monitor the Crude Distillation Unit and provide valid recommendations as required for improving its efficiency.

Material balance and inventory control of all the Chemicals used in the Crude Distillation Unit & Steam producing units.

Overview the condition of the Utility sector (Desalination & STP) for a steady process.

Prepare a detailed daily, Monthly and Yearly reports of all the above duties for Record and Discussion.

Process Engineer at Ganga Rasayanie (P) Ltd. (July 2010 – Jan 2014)

GRPL is one of the leading petrochemical Corporations in the West & south India producing Alkyl Benzene, aromatic hydrocarbon solvents, aliphatic hydrocarbon solvents, hydrocarbon resin, coatings and specialty chemicals.
