work station. After we receive the documents, we make the documents ready for data

conversion by removing the staple pins, the folds in the paper documents and the tags

attached to the documents.

The data conversion experts at DEI scan all the documents to be converted and feed

the information into the database.

After scanning the documents, the documents are rendered in tiff format. Our data

conversion professionals change the tiff files into Word, PDF, Excel or any other format

that you desire. The documents are sorted into folders and then indexed.

The converted files are then sent to our certified quality assurance specialists who

check the data conversion files for accuracy and quality.

After the quality assurance process, the converted documents are copied to a CD and

sent to the data conversion customer.

The documents are then implemented into an EDMS enterprise if required by our data

conversion customer.
