Drillmec Inc. (QC Inspector) 05/2014 – 10/2015
Quality inspection on various types of On/Offshore Rigs. Was responsible for overseeing the quality of an offshore modular rig up project from start to finish. I assured quality standards were met during the manufacturing of the rig. As well as, traveling internationally to run a crew that was put together for the purpose of maintaining the quality of the rig until final sign off. Also, communicated and worked directly with vendors to insure quality control plans were completed, and all specifications were met on all projects I was assigned to. Conducted dimensional inspection for deviations from design, and visual inspection of welds for defects. Coordinated and ensured that Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) was performed adequately on various parts of fabrication. Conducted final inspections, mechanical completions and witnessed different types of testing on offshore modular rigs. Worked with coating companies to ensure paint specifications were met.

Also, responsible for maintaining all testing and traceability records for the construction of data packages upon product completion.
