Description: RequestDesk is an application developed for automatic execution of requests from employees related to Admin and HR department with minimal human intervention.
It allows the employees within the organization to put on a request for HR and Admin and also track them. At the same time, HR and Admin persons have to respond to the created requests within the predefined time limit, failing to do so will escalate the requests to their Superior.
The provision for Audit History is also there. It also does not require separate database of employees to be maintained as it can be accessed using Single Sign On.

CAT SMART May 2007 – Jul 2007
Description: CAT Smart is an application developed for making the process of claims viz, FNOl, Adjudication and Settlement easier. First of all it required the registering of FNOl by the call centre employee of the Insurance Company. After the completion of FNOl, a claim number is generated which is used for further processing and a SMS is sent to Field Adjuster. The field Adjuster then examines the accident site and submits the report including any photographs, audio as well as video files. The Claim Handler then examines all the information and accordingly settles the claim.
