Post Closing Manager

Oversaw all post-closing operations within a national mortgage company, including managing documents for credit/closing files, collateral, and Trailing Mail/Final Documents.

Successfully managed six Kodak high-speed document scanners to perform on-demand projects to meet RESPA and government insurance standards. Responsible for imaging Credit, Closing and Trailing mail/Final Documents.

Collected, reviewed and shipped applicable loan documents to investors.

Oversaw the prompt delivery of all documents to Iron Mountain for long-term storage and security.

On-Site Manager MetLife Home Loans (Previously ACS) (2003 – 2012)
