Responsible for all IT Material’s and Service contracts for the Department of Homeland Security, and Transportation Security Administration Federal contracts for Unisys. Traveled and lived in DC weekly with all expenses paid to manage the $1 Billion dollar in service and material contracts. Consultant agreements, Software Licensing, Proprietary Information agreements are just a few of the other contracts negotiated and managed along with material commodities, to completion of deliverables for the negotiated amounts was also a major area of expertise for me and my group. Responsibilities of managing the salary of 15 direct reports, performing the areas of sourcing, negotiating and managing our customers and suppliers across the globe.
