PROFILE

Project Manager

Responsible for managing multiple Design Build projects in the U.S. and overseas. Manage the team and participate in the development of architectural designs and engineering drawings using Photoshop, AutoCAD and Revit. Responsible for tracking and coordinating project resources and managing client relationships to deliver the best product possible. Also recently worked on the implementation of the Agile Methodology within the IT department and across the enterprise.

Senior Project Controls Engineer

Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining cost control, and providing centralized planning/scheduling function on 18 projects valued at over 75million dollars. Implemented and IT asset management system for the NSA to track everything from Software to desks and chairs. Customized project control systems to meet specific project requirements using Prism systems, Microsoft Excel and some MS Project/Primavera. Worked with Deltek/ Costpoint reporting systems as well as budgeting. Required to analyze, evaluate, and forecasts current status of projects and report status of schedule.
