I was contracted thru LanceSoft to work in a seasonal position at UPS during their extremely fast paced peak season. Responsibilities: Coordinate over 140 drivers and helpers to meet at specific place and time without disrupting flow of expected deliveries. Using Microsoft Excel and UPS software (HelperTrack) I successfully managed drivers and helper’s requests to ensure UPS met scheduled delivery requirements.

I was contracted thru Corestaff to work in a seasonal position at Shutterfly during their extremely fast paced peak season. Responsibilities: Work on machine (MBO) banding up seasonal cards as they came down conveyer table. Changed die plates and assisted machine operator to maintain expected production flow.

Ensure truck’s loads met customer/driver criteria, and safe for road travel. Using inventory management program SB Client tracked, located and stocked material to reduce possible backorders. Responsible for quality checks on outgoing material ensuring material met customer’s specifications and S.O.P.
