Responsibilities included Environmental Site Assessments (Phase I) and soil and groundwater sampling and monitoring (Phase II) and reporting. Ms. Ralph was Project Manager for nine contaminated groundwater sites at a large U.S. Army base in New Jersey. In addition to client interaction, she prepared all reports relating to groundwater monitoring.

Responsibilities included the supervision and coordination of environmental projects in NC, VA, and SC such as:
