Program Manager
2015: Remediation projects for support teams such as Network Engineering and Distributed Systems Engineering on various Customer accounts.

Deployed IT security services for key commercial and government outsourcing accounts, spanning domestic and global project teams of 10 to 20 in a matrixed environment. Managed hardware and software procurement,
infrastructure buildout, and implementation of security software and services at client’s site. This included up to seven sub-projects concurrently, totaling $1 to $5 million and 6 months to 2 years in duration.
Managed a complex Global Security project for the InfoPrint Solutions account to deliver a variety of security services required to allow for the separation of IBM’s Printing Systems Division from IBM to form a new company called InfoPrint Solutions.
Brought in to jumpstart a troubled project with Fluor that had an aggressive timeline, encompassing six security subprojects, five project managers and 25 personnel.
Delivered security solutions across 20 separate business units for the Disney project.
Utilized project change requests to efficiently manage the scope and schedule of each project, resulting in control of scope and cost/budget.

Collaborated with delivery executives, project managers and technical personnel from different areas of the organization.
Implemented a training program for the Xcel Energy Project for hundreds of personnel, leading to on-time project delivery in collaboration with the Project Executive.
Awarded twice for successfully managing an effort on the Nissan Project that resulted in substantial cost savings, despite intense pressure and insufficient resources.
