Ensure company PPH and deadlines are met for our customers on a daily Schedule.

Managed\ inventory to ensure uninterrupted production and prevent delays in client-based contractual obligations.

Directly managed and trained 5 supervisors, oversee a total staff of 80-100 employees.

Organized the mail flow on the production floor by assigning workers and assessing volumes and type of mail based on current staffing levels to meet postal deadlines.

Worked with USPS Clerk to ensure all mailings were accurate and on time. Up to 2 million letters a day.
