Urban Perform is a non-profit exercise facility that provides classes and exercise instruction in low income areas. Classes are a nominal fee for adults and free for children.
*Partner with Urban Perform during their month long wellness challenge programs. Participants compete by earning points for healthy lifestyle activities, like exercising, eating fruits and veggies, drinking water and sleeping at least seven hours a night.
*Coach participants to help them meet their health goals: including weight loss, diabetes control, exercise goals, self esteem improvement and smoking cessation.
