Job Description:

QUALITY

Incoming raw material quality checking and generating report.

Testing all kind of multimedia speaker systems (mono, 2.0, 2.1, 4.1, and 5.1).

Testing Headphones, headset, Bluetooth headset.

Random testing of material from store before issuing to production.

Hourly basis inspection of manufactured material and generating report.

Checking the quality of AMP PCB &USB technically.

Pre dispatch inspection and Q.A testing of finished goods for each finishing goods.

PRODUCTION

To ensure day to day Production plan.

Responsible for Documentation and Reports maintaining.

Releasing the orders to Production team.

Aligning the orders as per the customer requirement to achieve OTD.

Coordinating with Material & Quality team to overcome the production plans.

Dispatch the FG(Finished Goods) to shipping within correct time.

Supply chain analyst by taking care of planning releases, stock control for production parts through ERP.

Achieving 100% PGI(Post Good Issue).

PROJECT DETAILS:

Worked on the Project :Soft Computing Technique for Double Boost Converter Fed PMDC Drive.

Description: The aim of this project work is to improve the efficiency of the PMDC drive by implementing double boost converter by reducing the switching losses considerably. By using of double boost converter we can produces the output voltage which is more than the double as that of the input supply voltage..
