Spearheaded project management team for a $24M design bid build project, where tenants relocated into three occupied buildings with no operational shutdown. Construction management tasks include and cost estimate reviews, writing Instructions to Bidders, and facilitating trade bid package awards. Project admin tasks include invoice reviews, change management oversight, chairing meetings and monthly report writing.

REDCO ALMANA CONSTRUCTION CO., Doha, Qatar Apr. 2014 to Jun. 2015 MEP Director (Client: Qatar Foundation)

Recruited by the former client to serve as the MEP Director charged with supporting the installation, testing, and commissioning of the new 40,000 sq. m lab science facility within the Qatar Research & Development Complex1.

Conduct in depth contractor cost analysis, critical path commissioning planning, and stakeholder reporting, while overseeing MEP snagging works and the administration of project closeout document control. This execution met the MEP dept. project schedule and budget targets.

Authored project’s commissioning requirements checklist for municipality authority inspection.

AFFILIATED ENGINEERS INC., Doha, Qatar Jul. 2013 to Apr. 2014 Project Director (Client: REDCO Construction)

Effectively led design & critical path materials submittals process of the expedited 40,000 sq. m facility with an estimated MEP construction cost of $180M and project construction cost of $420M.

Led the incorporation of a 500 sq. m data center, 9445 sq. m of state of the art research laboratories, Audio Visual rooms, conference rooms, and 10,000 sq. m of lab support office space.

Executed independent design documents package to support long lead MEP procurement strategy. This enabled the project to remain on the contractor's schedule.

Presented GMP cost estimates, and led MEP design and subcontractor bidding and selection for the

$220M project. This execution created a framework to allow the project to remain on budget.
