KEY DELIVERABLES

Implementation of 5-S at the CHP, AHP and compressed air system area .

Coordinating with MBE as well as inter departmental operation & maintenance teams.

Providing 90 % equipment availability and 100% system availability all the time by continues monitoring on Preventive, Predictive & Conditioning Monitoring.
