Hadoop Developer

Project Title : Health Care Data Analysis

Description:

We are gathering different details related to patients of hospital and moving those files to HDFS and we have create the Hive tables and load the data into Hive table and running different quires on the results.

Responsibilities:

Gathering Patients details into a file.

Involved in developing data using Sqoop to ingest File data into Hbase/HDFS for analysis.

Analyzing the diagnosis data based on symptoms for each disease.

Patient data analysis and report generation of age based classification for particular diseases.

Using Sqoop exported Hive external output processed data into Mysql.

Preparation and Execution of Functional Test Cases.

Bugs reporting and tracking through JIRA and SharePoint.
