EXPERTISE AND SKILLS.

Production planning/scheduling for manufacturing of polyurethane foam.

Responsible for PU foam/rubber executing production related tasks in planning, control and trouble shooting.

Responsible for various type of chemical storage, inventory like MDI/TDI, POLYOLS, RELEASE AGENT, COLOUR PAINT, COLOUR PASTE and WASHING CHEMICALS from various supplier like Huntsman, Dow, Manali Petrochemicals and Germany Takata.

Knowledge of various density foam process and production like steering wheel gripcomp and seating system.

Knowledge of machine operation, machine maintenance, calibration adjusting chemical ratio.

Preparing and implementing action plans effectively to maximize overall equipment efficiency.

Implementation of 5S, KAIZEN & Continuous Improvement related to cost, Quality, Moral, Safety and related Processes.

Responsible for trial new chemical trial and formulations for purpose of material cost, innovation and various type of product as per customer needs.

To ensure quality on line & Provide on line training for any customer near miss-defect, Material handling, Line Feeding.

Play proactive role to control all lab operations for polyurethane foam product quality,

Analysis of daily /weekly/monthly Chemical consumption and generation of PU.

Production coordination/Overall responsible of production.

Maintenance of machinery, inspection.

Assembly line operations.

Knowledge of measuring instruments.

Maintained products quality standard.

Broaching, tapping, hardness testing, spot welding, soldering etc.

Well awareness safety and firefighting.

Well familiar with electrical and electronics devices.

DOCUMENTS WORKING.

Working with F&F, OIC, DPR, DRR, 4M Check sheet, Breakdown Slip, Cycle Time Monitoring Sheet, Kaizen, Skill Matrix, Machine check sheet, MRM, OPL etc. documents. Knowledge about FMEA,TPM, PQCT, PPAP,QCTOOL, 5S, 3S, 4M, 3A, 5W-1H,3W-1H,Quality circle etc.
