HR Generalist

First point of contact for all employee relations issues. Respond to employee inquiries and routine questions on employment, benefits, employee programs and company procedures. Conduct internal investigations regarding formal complaints or policy violations, address performances issues and administer performance management and coaching. Administer and track employee leave of absences in accordance with company policy and applicable Federal and State laws/regulations.

Serve as business partner and advisor by ensuring HR initiatives, programs, and policies are fully understood and implemented within the business. Provide coaching to Managers around performance issues, workforce planning, and union avoidance.

Manage resale contracts worth totaling more than 50 million through contractor compliance and pricing verification. Conduct market research to determine acquisition requirement specifications and identify potential sources of procurement. Conduct pre-acquisition planning for resale to evaluate Tradeoff and Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable procurements.
