WASHINGTON MUTUAL
It was an inbound US process. Washington Mutual is one of the leading financial institutions in the US. I have worked in the APPLICATION PROCESSING CENTER for its Credit Card. My job here was to provide accurate information about the product and involved data entry and processing the application. There was also scope for soft selling as we had additional benefits like Balance Transfers and Credit Protection to offer.
iSNAP
I have made outbound cold calls for an Australian process iSNAP, which was an alternative service provider. Being a hard-core sales process, I not only mastered the art of tele-marketing but also gained knowledge of a completely different culture and how we need to present the product to suit and match customer requirement
OPTUS
With the launch of the new Australian appointment setting process for the telecom company Optus, I was among the first 5 people chosen to dial on the BB campaign. Here we called small and medium size business houses and set appointment for our consultant from Optus to visit the business premises with the tailor made offer.
Both iSNAP and Optus in the absence of Team Leader I was given the responsibility to handle the floor with outmost efficiency I extended help to my team members when required.

AVON (CCC)
It was a inbound Customer Care Center for the cosmetic giant AVON. My job here was to provide product information and assistance from price, order numbers, ingredients, product usage and product sizes for apparels and innerwear along with treatment products for different age group of women, collectibles and brochures. We were the connection between the customers and the company where we also took suggestions to improve the products and process complaints if any.
AVON (CCC-email)
It was a back office branch of the CCC introduced to cater the specific group of tech-savvy customers who found it easier to contact us through email. Here we had to draft, edit and construct specific responses to every single mail regarding the product query, suggestions or complaints.
Both CCC and EMAIL I was the part of the floor walking team whose responsibility was to assist and extend any help required to the agents on the floor while improving their skills simultaneously.

It was a completely technical based process where we were supposed to provide technical assistance to our customers facing any kind of difficulty with their system in terms of working, operating and synchronizing their systems with other gadgets and process their request for repair in case of a breakdown or damage.
NEON Technologies (03/01/10 – 18/12/10)
Here my responsibilities were to keep the systems in the lab up to date and troubleshoot any hardware and software errors and make sure all the systems are available for the students all the time. As the systems were mainly used for penetration testing I had to repeatedly clean, format and reinstall the entire OS and the software’s required on every system every week, while keeping in check any unauthorized and illegal use of the systems in the lab.
