1.Lin-Zhi International Inc. September 2014-Present

Position: Research Associate (Immunologist/R&D)

Developed and formulated monoclonal antibodies for the company’s ready to use bioassays--single analytic homogenous enzyme immunoassays (EIA) for drug of abuse (DOA) testing in urine: barbital assay and tricyclic antidepressant (TCA) assay.

The skills have been performed professionally include:

a. ELISA: the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay; b. Gene sequencing and monoclonal antibody phage display; c. qPCR, qRT-PCR, and error-prone PCR, d. mouse work, bacteria culture and cell culture; e. enzyme (G6PDH) and hapten activation and conjugation, f. polyethylene glycol cell (PEG) fusion and electrical cell fusion between spleen cells (B cells) and myeloma cells; g. performance of EIA tests on Hitachi 717 and AU480/680.

Participated in hapten design and immunogen preparation

Managed laboratory inventory and arrangement of R&D meetings.
