Provide much needed insight, which did not exist, and transparency into $1.2B of technology expenditures and allocations

Work alongside Finance, Product Management and Technology teams to develop a consistent monthly reporting cadence to ensure accuracy and of reported data to drive increased transparency

Designed an internal controls process to diligence, and verify counterparties, which has been implemented throughout Treasury and CIO. This new process has significantly improved the verification of new clients with mandated standards and reduced onboarding times

Spearheaded an operational audit of the North American Business Resiliency which uncovered critical gaps within the Disaster Recovery Plan. Recommended a robust technology solution and balanced strategic recovery plan based on critical functions to Senior Leadership, which has now been implemented across the organization

Designed and implemented new technology communications projects and services within the core Bear Stearns IT infrastructure to allow for a more robust fail over environment during network outages for trading platforms. This included: Dedicated Backup, Remote Access, Backbone and Global Branch Office Infrastructures

Planned, acquisitioned and integrated 10 power plants from Williams Power to the Bear Stearns IT infrastructure which helped expand Bear’s energy portfolio to one of the largest natural gas power in the US

Successfully led and was accountable for a 14 soldier rank while patrolling some of the most inhospitable regions of Afghanistan
