Selecting the Protos as per the Designers Sketch with checking then100% quality standard and ensure the same is cleared for Regular production.

Creating road map for the vendors to achieve continuous “Out Standing” grade in the Vendor Performance Evaluation.

Responsible for implementation of the Valuable Suggestions/Improvements provided by the Vendors for the organization. A Strategic method of making the Vendor as a Partner of the Organization.
