Facility Supervisor – 2013 to 2014
Reporting to the director or Real Estate for Workplace Services, proactively manage Help Desk and facility coordinators for day-to-day operations and projects at all LoyaltyOne (L1) locations.
Performed weekly inspections, exterior and interior of real estate, at L1 Toronto (250K sq. ft.) and Mississauga locations (50K sq. ft.) facilitating approximately 1200 employees.
Space Planning – worked with coordinators, client groups, and vendors to ensure employee project moves and onsite construction project are coordinated according to scope of work, this includes communicated out to client group and Director of Real Estate.
Ensure all ticketed work order and Service Level Agreements (SLA) are met and delivered in a timely manner.
Liaison with vendors with Property managers to ensure day-to-day cleaning and maintenance are met.
Streamlined operations by implementing documentation control strategies for projects, this included bi-weekly meetings with our Calgary and Montreal office client groups to ensure our services level are met and address any real estate issues. Facility Analyst – 2011 to 2013
Managed property management software, help desk and processed service request via phone, e-mail, walk-ups. Created work orders for coordinators to resolve issues. Put in processes to centralize all incoming facility requests and merge information from different sources into work orders; this assisted our coordinators in completing assigned ticketed tasks, improved efficiency and quality control. Follow up with requester to ensure customer satisfaction.
Created and provided regular monthly operation metrics reporting. This facilitated in tracking trends in problematic areas of our relate state, improved churn rate, and liaison with our property managers and client groups to recommend changes for continuous improvement.
Successfully worked with multiple stakeholders, implement into operations an new property management software (Arcestra) to manage space occupancy and vacancy. This tool integrated HR head count reports via PeopleSoft and keep track accurate count of employee’s location and status.
