Title: Resource Management System

Project Description:
Resource Management System is an internal project in my Company, In this project it deals with the total resources information like Employee personal data, joining date, skillset, Technology, Experience, Employee Type and their status. This Application is only for SDM/PL. SDM/PL’s has a login credentials for enter into this Application. This Application mainly has New Request, Resource Allocation, Resource DE Allocation and Dashboard screens. Dashboard shows the all requests for the projects.
If the SDM is approved the request it will go for the Resource Allocation Screen. In the Resource Allocation screen the Managers search for the resources that are in the bench as per the technology and Allocate the resource to the project. If the bench resources are not available then the request will raise on HR team for external hiring. HR team calls the new resources as per the technology and schedule the interviews and store the Interviewee information and their resumes. DE Allocation screen is to De Allocate the resources and Change the resource status to Bench.
