I was involved in the ongoing project of BHEl,Ranipet, namely, Raw Water Treatment Plant at OPaL, Dahej where ONGC Petro addition Limited(OPaL) was the customer and Engineering India limited(EIL), the Overall project consultant wherein I was involved in the following activities:

Preparation of job procedures and test formats

Preparation of Incoming material inspection record (IMIR) after receiving material at site and conducting customer verification.

Erection of all equipment like Transformer, switchboard, motor, illumination and etc. following the job procedures.

Testing of all the works, e.g.,

Transformer =Oil BDV,IR, Magnetizing current, Ratio, magnetingbalance,windingresistance

Switchboard=CT, PT, NCT, CST, BMR, Circuit Breaker. Auxiliary relay, Earth leakage relay, power &control bus bar CRM test

Motor = no load, load test.

Earthing = individual test and pit with gird

Lighting =lighting circuit test, illumination level report

Cable =HI-Pot .Megger, continuity test.

Relay setting for ABB Numerical relay at site

Preparation of testing reports and getting customer acceptance.

Calibration of instruments.
