July 2011 to January 2012:- Working as project supervisore at KCC GM (JV) (A well known infrastructure company handling various projects of Reliance Infrastructure at its Thermal Power Project located at Butibori MIDC, Nagpur)

Assignment Awarded:- Construction of Ash pound construction of stacker reclaimer and coal stacker platform, construction of drain water reservoir, construction of pipe neack foundation emergency coal stacker. Responsiable for site management and execuation of project, procurement of required materials at site. Maintaining material, cement and steel consumption report. Maintaining the quality of work at site. Completing all paper work and billing work and documentation; RCC work specification supervision of site with wide responsibilities and interaction with the architect and contractors. I have done with the work consumption more than 40,000 cum concrete in ash pond within time period also in stacker reclaimer the steel work more than 500 tons and 4000 cum concrete work has been completed under my supervisory.

Take a daily work schedule from the site engineer and with the sub contarctors/ direct laboour employed shall get the work done. Ensure that all workers working in his area follows safe work practices. Get the levels/line/layouts/ball marks etc. checked by the site engineer and the QA/QC engineer and works is done to the quality standards.

Well versed with all the drawings for the work being take up in his area shall discuss with the site engineer/ immediate superior an obtain the complete details of the drawings, details and specification to the followed for the work. Ensure good housekeeping in his area and minimum weight maintain proper dsicipiline and punctuality at site. And best co ordinate with sub contractors for achieving production targets.
