Experience:

04/14 – Present HW Staffing (Quad Graphics) Leominster, MA

Bundler - Make sure there is enough End Boards, and Strapping. When a run is done, help the operator clean rolls, change plates, check oil in machine and set up paper thru the machine. Run sheeter as needed and make sure area is clean.

Material Handler – Make sure Folder Machines, Corona / Tipper / Cutters /Harris / Muller, have the proper materials for the job that’s being ran. When jobs are done make sure is neatly wrapped and get them ready for shipping. For Machines M1000 and Hantscho, make sure that the area is clean, make sure they have enough pallets and clear the area as jobs are being done. Change ink totes as necessary, take out recycled materials in Gaylord as necessary, and keep track and weight of recycled material as the truck is being loaded. Inventory of corrugated, pallets, glue for the Corona. Daily Maintenance of Forklift and electrical jack. Make sure all departments such as Bindery, Decorating, Web, and Press Room are clean. Bring job bags to the office as needed.

07/05 – PRESENT Ingrid’s Gardens, Fitchburg, MA

GARDNER- Pruning, Trimming, Dead heading, Mulching, Edging and stone work.

02/13 – 01/14 EAW Roofing (Roofer) Lunenburg, MA

Laborer- Prepare the area, bring bundles up as necessary and keep the area clean.

Roofer- Demo old roof set up new one. Experienced in all types of roofs (Rubber, Shingles and Slate roofs). Carpentry as needed.

11/12 – 01/13 Hi-Gear (Diamond Staffing) Fitchburg, MA

STACKER- Stack and verify orders, wrap and tag skids. Set up for trucks. Keep area clean.

PICKER- Pick and verify orders. Daily maintenance on forklift. Load trucks.

WAREHOUSE LEAD- Train temps on picking, stacking and verifying orders. Meet with pickers, stackers and loaders daily to set them on their jobs. Keep the warehouse organized, make sure orders were ready and verified. Inventory as necessary. Train new forklift drivers on safety and regulations. Trained on how to properly load a container for long sea trips. Report to supervisor. As lead, came out with new floor plan on how to verify and stack jobs without mistakes, a process that is still in use today.

02/11 – 03/12 Horn Packaging (Diamond Staffing) Lancaster, MA

SAW OPERATOR- Cut orders to specs. Draw sketches for gluing and engineers. Maintenance on the saws as needed. Also ran Horizontal, Vertical/ Convoluter/ Skiver and Skill saw.

SUPERVISOR- Managed 8 to 15 employees, assign work orders for the day, set up saw operators. Responsible for training new employees. Check with shipping, wood and corrugated departments as needed. Check for quality on all jobs and sign off. Check and sign incoming materials for quality and quantity. Close and set up alarm on premises.
